\/><\/b><\/p><p>Im April 2024 durften wir f\u00fcr die Museen Isny einen Kamelknochen<span style=\"word-spacing: normal;\">, der Teil des ber\u00fchmten, gro\u00dfen Schatzfundes im Kastell Vemania war,<\/span><span style=\"word-spacing: normal;\">\u00a0im Landesmuseum Stuttgart mithilfe von hochaufgel\u00f6ster Nahbereichs-Photogrammetrie und Strukturlichtscannern vermessen und digitalisieren. Da das Original im Landesmuseum verbleiben musste, haben wir &#8211; basierend auf dem entstandenen 3D-Modell &#8211; im 3D-Drucker ein physisches Replikat des Originalfundes erstellt und t\u00e4uschend echt koloriert. Diese geben Zeugnis von den unruhigen Zeiten w\u00e4hrend der alemannischen \u00dcberf\u00e4lle am Ende des 3. bzw. Beginn des 4. Jh. n. Chr. Der Hort mit Goldschmuck gilt als der bedeutendste r\u00f6mische Schmuckfund n\u00f6rdlich der Alpen. Unter den hier gefundenen ca. 5.700 Tierknochen befanden sich auch wenige Kamelknochen. Das Tier wurde offensichtlich von der Reitereinheit \u201e<i>Ala II Valeria Sequanorum<\/i>\u201c, die vorher in Nordafrika stationiert war, mitgebracht.<\/p>\n<p>Die in den Horten enthaltenen M\u00fcnzen geben Einblick in die Heeres-, Verwaltungs- und M\u00fcnzreform Diocletians. Gefunden wurden unter anderem auch&nbsp; M\u00fcnzen einer neuen M\u00fcnzsorte, die sogenannten <i>Folles<\/i>. Diese <i>Folles <\/i>stammen zum gr\u00f6\u00dferen Teil aus der M\u00fcnzst\u00e4tte Karthago in Nordafrika, nahe dem heutigen Tunis in Tunesien, wo sie zwischen 296 und 298 gepr\u00e4gt wurden.&nbsp;<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); word-spacing: normal;\">Da auch unter den Einzelm\u00fcnzen dieser Jahre aus dem Kastell solche Pr\u00e4gungen \u00fcberproportional vertreten sind, wird nicht nur der oder die Besitzer der beiden Sch\u00e4tze, sondern die ganze damals in Vemania stationierte Truppeneinheit in den vorangehenden Jahren an Maximilians Afrikafeldzug teilgenommen haben\u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Offen bleibt die Frage, ob die Truppe die Kamele als &#8222;Maskottchen&#8220;, Lasttiere oder eventuell auch als Nahrung mitbrachten bzw. Gro\u00dfgrabung von Regensburg \u2013Burgweinting\u201c (Historisches Museum Regensburg) konnte die ArcTron 3D GmbH einige herausragende und besondere arch\u00e4ologische<br \/>Funde aus dieser Ausgrabung \u00a0digitalisieren. Es handelt sich um eine Tasse, deren knapp unterrandst\u00e4ndiger Henkel abgebrochen ist und fehlt. Formal orientiert sich die Kleinform an gro\u00dfen Kegelhalsgef\u00e4\u00dfen, wie sie insbesondere aus fr\u00fchhallstattzeitlichen Grabzusammenh\u00e4ngen bekannt sind. Auch die Verzierung greift mit \u00fcber die Schulter bzw. hier auch \u00fcber den Bauch gef\u00fchrten Mustern auf Motive der Gro\u00dfgef\u00e4\u00dfe zur\u00fcck. An den Seiten zeigt er drei umlaufende kannelurenartige Riefen, von denen die Gattung den Namen hat. Er wurde in einer Grube der Siedlung der sp\u00e4ten Bronze- bis mittleren Urnenfelderzeit gefunden. Solche Steine sind vor allem aus der Schweiz und von Mitteldeutschland bis Schweden bekannt. Ihre Funktion ist nicht sicher zu bestimmen. Ein vermuteter Zusammenhang mit der Metallverarbeitung ist aus durch die bekannten Befunde nicht eindeutig zu belegen. Es handelt sich um eine Srichb\u00fcndelamphore der \u00e4lteren schnurkeramischen Kultur. Der Name leitet sich von der charakteristischen Verzierung und den beiden kleinen Schnur\u00f6sen ab. Das T\u00f6pfchen ist erst das vierte dieser Art aus S\u00fcdbayern. Ein \u00e4hnliches St\u00fcck aus sp\u00e4tkeltischem Fundzusammenhang geh\u00f6rt anscheinend zu einer Waage. Besonders bemerkenswert ist das Gewicht wegen der Verwendung von zwei Materialien mit v\u00f6llig unterschiedlichen Eigenschaften. Das Objekt ist ein Zeugnis f\u00fcr den hohen technischen Standard fr\u00fchkeltischer Handwerker. Immerhin musste der sichere Halt der \u00d6se in dem 1,3 kg schweren Gewicht gew\u00e4hrleistet sein. Jahrhundert). In dem bauchigen Glastopf mit Horizontalrand als Urne lag das vollst\u00e4ndig erhaltene Objekt auf dem Leichenbrand. Die Firmalampe besitzt auf einem radial gerippten Buckel eine Henkel\u00f6se an der Oberseite und wurde zwischen dem Anfang des 2. und der Mitte des 3. Der mit einfachen, randparallelen Rillen verzierte Henkel ist am verbreiterten unteren Ende von au\u00dfen auf die Tasse genietet, das obere Ende ist dagegen an der Innenseite befestigt. Der Boden weist einen ausgepr\u00e4gten Standring auf. Die Beigabe von Bronzegeschirr z\u00e4hlt zu den gro\u00dfen Seltenheiten der Epoche. Die entsprechenden Gr\u00e4ber repr\u00e4sentieren auch nach Ausweis der weiteren Beigaben Mitglieder einer sozialen
